The reality of using the problem solving model in facing school problems Girls School Girls in Riyadh – A study applied to a sample of social workers in girls’ schools in Riyadh –
The purpose of the study: This study expected to examine the utilization of social specialists in the girls’ elementary, middle and secondary schools as a model of solving problems. To achieve the goals of the study, the researcher uses the descriptive method,. The sample of this study consist of 46 social specialists from Riyadh city،and the targeted specialists have been asked to answer a distributed questionnaire which is composed of two sections in addition to preliminary data. After data verification and reliability, the researcher also used statistics analysis by using SPSS method، the study has shown that social specialists are committed with goals of problem solution model with average of 2.20 with agree . Also, the social specialists have applied problem solution models phases with average of 2.30 with agree. According to research results, the researcher has presented set of recommendation to boost school problems solutions methodology. One of the most important recommendations is to provide the specialists with developments of the job such as applicable models, solutions methodology which they can utilize in their career and to develop their capabilities and job performance. Also, this can be achieved through conducting scientific workshops and seminars to deal with problems in study by limiting their roles on tackling problems, but also to focus on developmental rules they should involve in as well.
